Legal guarantee Under EU rules, if the items you buy are defective or do not look or work as advertised, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge. If this is not possible or the seller is unable to do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a full or partial refund. You are always entitled to a guarantee of at least two years from the time you received the items. However, your country's legislation may grant you additional protection. The two-year guarantee period starts from the date you receive the item you bought. If a defect manifests itself within one year of delivery, you do not have to prove the existence of the defect at the time of delivery. It is assumed that it existed, unless the seller proves otherwise. In some EU countries, this "reversal of the burden of proof" period is two years. Items bought from private individuals are not covered by these rules.

Refunds
A refund of a payment made to MDMAUTOMATION may be due if you request the return of an order placed or in the event that an order is not delivered by MDMAUTOMATION within the indicated period. Please note, however, that if the refund is the result of a free cancellation, the cost of the return will be deducted.

PREAMBLE
1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between MDMAUTOMATION, UNIPESSOAL LDA., with registered office at Rua Gil Eanes 2B Porta 2, tax identification number 518102556 and contact +351 935464142, hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY/ BRAND/DOMAIN" and the persons wishing to make purchases through the website www.mdmautomation.tech hereinafter referred to as the "User".
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.mdmautomation.tech shall be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT
1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding the ordering, sale, payment and service provision or delivery of purchases made on the website www.mdmautomation.tech 2. These terms and conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the www.mdmautomation.tech website, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to their shopping basket:

To send their order, the User must: a) Register on the www.mdmautomation.tech website, providing the information requested there. b) Log in (providing a combination of e-mail and password chosen by the User at the time of registration). c) Complete the information and choose the options available to them during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the VAT number and name they wish to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is tantamount to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale which shall be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. The COMPANY will honour orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product/service is not available, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with alterations. (6) Orders are valid for 10 (5 PER EXTENSION) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline, and it is not possible to guarantee the provision of the service, prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this deadline. If payment is not received by our services within this period, the order cannot be validated. Any money received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT
1. On the website www.mdmautomation.tech, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay - Instituição de Pagamento Lda: a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard); b) Multibanco reference; c) Transfer; PLACEMENT OF EASYPAY LOGO AND BRAND LOGOS
2. In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If some of the products ordered are out of stock, the amount will be credited to the User's card after the order has been finalized.
3. On the website www.mdmautomation.tech, the COMPANY provides users with various payment platforms regulated by the European banking system.
ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY/AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION
1. Orders are delivered within 15 working DAYS of placing the order. Delivery is made by CTT, DHL. GLS, CORREOS, FEDEX or UPS

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES
1. Prices should be understood in Euros, including taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
2. If there is an increase in the price of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.
ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN
1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by COMPANY NAME. The request must be sent in writing to the contact e-mail address geral@mdmatumation.tech within 30 days of the order being placed, and the instructions for cancellation or refund of the amount paid and/or return of the goods will be answered and defined by the COMPANY by the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible, the return should be made by the same means of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership in order for the return to be made by Bank Transfer.
3. The COMPANY undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 30 days.
4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they arrived in the User's hands, without any anomalies or damage, and in the original factory packaging or wrapping.
5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the conditions for adjustment will be indicated by the COMPANY. ARTICLE
